The Film Orchestra Ltd

The film Orchestra is the UK's 1st amateur orchestra to only play original music for film, TV & video games. Under the baton of TfO Principal Conductor David Curtis, TfO has expanded to full symphonic size with musicians from across the midlands, south west and Wales for monthly rehearsals in Worcester.
The Film Orchestra Ltd provides opportunities for musicians to develop their skills as players & performers as well as extend their own musicianship skills through workshops based around film music & the film music industry.
Due to the popularity of our orchestra, we have set up 3 smaller TfO Community Orchestras in Gloucestershire, Hereford & Worcester and Wiltshire to enable more musicians to join this fabulous project.
TfO Children's Orchestra encourages and enables young musicians from around grades 1-5 standard to develop their skills and passion for music.
The TfO Choir was formed in 2023 under the direction of Amy Elwin to complement The film Orchestra in bringing the great soundtracks to performance as well as giving concerts in its own right.
