Altnagelvin Hospital Choir

We are a classical choir based around Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry / Londonderry, in the North West of Northern Ireland, with members from both sides of the border and all communities. Proud of our founding and enduring association with Altnagelvin Hospital, the first general hospital to be built in the UK following the foundation of the NHS, we perform two main fundraising concerts per year to support local and national charities which have a focus on health and / or social well-being. We currently have 30-40 singers, growing well in number since the Covid-19 Pandemic. We are always looking for new members, and you don't have to be a current of former health service staff to join!
